What we collect
When you book a demo we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), number of stores, best time to call, any message you write, and whether you'd like to hear news from us. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

We don't sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use Netlify, Inc. to host this website and receive form submissions, and [EMAIL PROVIDER] for email. They process information only on our instructions. Netlify may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, when your information is handled under our customer terms. We stop sending news as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@sanitask.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
